How are the flowers of the olive tree? They are small and white in color
How is pollination? Olive tree flowers are hermaphrodite and pollination occurs through the action of the wind that favors the transport of pollen.
What is the average percentage of flowers that will give rise to the fruit? Although flowering occurs plentiful – like this year! – only 2% (!) of the flowers will be able to bring the fruiting to an end…. !!!
